At Nectar Pure, we take pride in delivering high-quality, pure, and hygienically packed masalas and spice blends. Every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure you receive only the best.

1. No Return or Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products (food and consumable items), we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
This policy is in place to maintain the safety, hygiene, and purity of our products.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

In rare cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please get in touch with our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
a. Order ID
b. Product name and clear photos of the issue
c. Packaging images (if applicable)
After reviewing your request, if verified, we may offer:
Replacement of the damaged product, or
Refund (if replacement is not possible)

Note: Refunds or replacements are approved only for valid cases of product damage, quality issues, or incorrect delivery confirmed by our team.

3. Cancellation Policy

a. Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
b. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

4. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

a.Approved refunds (for damaged or wrong products) will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
b.Refunds will be credited to your original payment method only.
